PURITO Oat-in Silky Toner is a toner with a 2-in-1 formula that prepares and softens the skin like a toner and hydrates like a cream for maximum nourishment. It is enriched with oat-based ingredients, including oat extract and oat seed water, to improve skin texture and soothe irritation.
Contains 68.09% oat-based ingredients to provide superior moisturizing and soothing benefits.
The light milky texture prevents moisture from evaporating quickly like a moisturizer.
Enriched with oat seed water to provide soothing relief to sensitive skin while rebalancing in tandem, and oat extract to maintain moisture levels and prevent dryness.
